New Look - Refunds on sale items - please delete

New look has changed its policy on refunds as i discovered yesterday. Anything brought on 26 December onwards that was a sale item apparently you can only exchange no return. Anything brought before this time can be refunded like normal.
As there is no notice or mention of this policy in store (Leeds, Meadowhall) or on the receipt so if you fight your corner they do give in as even they know its wrong.
Please delete as this already has a thread. Sorry
