Can anyone help me please, im so confused

Hi everyone, would like some advice if anyone could have some input.

I have had an anxiety disorder and panic disorder for about 6 years and have been unable to work. I was on incapacity, then changed too contribution based employment and support allowence. I had a medical in November of this year and was told i was fit for work, on which i am now appealing against so i am getting the lower rate of £65.45 a week. (it was 91.45 a week)

I have a 5 month old daughter, and have the normal rate or CB, but have a rate of £58.55 a week CTC. That was based on me having the higher rate of the ESA (91.45), Should i contact the CTC office and say that i am appealing against the ESA decision, but if i do that will i be asked to give the income of the year again, which i still dont know as i dont know when the appeal will end, to get more CTC.

My hubby works full time and gets about 1k a month and i have used these benefits checker thing but it confuses me. Just wondered if anyone was in the same kind of predicament. If you have read this far, thankyou. Any advice would be much appreciated.
