Julie I had no trouble in obtaining mine as I had the token from the notw/website and one from the mag, I attached the whole page from the mag.

My printout from the website was very faint as my printer ink was running out, hubby did the same also and I was able to get my daughter a set.

SA at my Tesco's in Plymouth didn't bat an eyelid and handed over the packs with no trouble.

Tescos in Kingston Park Newcastle took our tokens and phone numbers and said they'd call us when the kits arrived as they hadn't had any delivered on Sunday... still waiting tho :S

I checked the Models Own facebook page - there is an email address you can send your vouchers too for the kit - 'email the Fabulous magazine customer care team at custserv@fabulousmag.co.uk and they will be able to help. Please include your postal address and say where you had a problem claiming your pack.'
