Entrants must be resident in the UK aged 18 or over. To enter the Prize Draw ("the Promotion") each entrant must fully complete their details on an online entry form within www.vauxhalldriverscentre.co.uk and submit online thereto, or via V Magazine by completing the entry form and returning their entry to "Magical Family Trip to Florida" Free Prize Draw, FREEPOST RSGA-LCXJ-UXBX, Arnold House, 21-33 Great Eastern Street, London, EC2A 3EJ. The Prize Draw is free and no purchase is necessary. Only one entry per household.
Entries must not be submitted through agents or third parties, and any such entries will be invalid.
The Closing Date for the Prize Draw will be 23.59 hours GMT on 31 January 2011.
The Promoter will not be held responsible for any entries that are delayed or lost in transmission. All entries are the property of the Promoter and will not be returned.
There will be 1 (one) winner. The Winner will receive a prize which consists of a 7 night family holiday in Orlando, USA (United States of America) which features - 7 nights' accommodation for 2 (two) adults and 2 (two) children under the age of 12 (supplement might be applicable if the children are over the age of 12), staying in a 3* villa on a self catering basis in Orlando, plus a 2 (two) day family entry pass to Universal Studios (including the Wizarding World of Harry Potter). The Prize includes return flights from London Gatwick Airport (only), UK departure taxes, car hire in Orlando for the duration of the holiday aspect of Prize and travel insurance. Minimum age for the car hire aspect of the Prize, is 25. The Prize remains valid to travel until 31 September 2011 but excludes travel over the Christmas and New Year period and all Bank Holidays. Transfers from the Winner's home to and from the airport, is not included. The Winner of the Prize will be responsible for all other costs prior to and after fulfilment of the Prize and not otherwise provided herein, this includes the application to the ESTA for visa access to the USA and a valid passport.
The Winner will be the first entry that is randomly selected by an independent adjudicator from all the entry submissions received by the Closing Date in respect to this Promotion and any other promotion relating to the same Prize. The Prize Draw will take place on the 7 February 2011. The adjudicator's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Winner will be notified by email and/or by telephone within 7 working days of the draw.
No cash or other alternatives to the Prize are available; the Prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, and the Prize must be claimed by the person named on the official winning entry submission within 14 days of notification. Failure to claim the Prize within this period shall lead to the Prize being forfeited and entitle the Promoter to redraw another Winner without liability.
The name and county of the Winner can be obtained from The Programmes and Promotions Co-ordinator - LBCJS2010038, General Motors UK Limited, Griffin House UK1 103 315, Osborne Road, Luton, LU1 3YT to those persons sending a Stamped Addressed Envelope between 14 February 2011 and 21 February 2011.
The Promoter reserves the right to photograph and use the name of the Winner for the purpose of publicity without charge, and the Winner hereby consents to the same.
Events may occur that render the event itself or awarding the Prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and the entrant agrees that no liability shall be attached to the Promoter as a result thereof. The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value should this prove necessary.
By entering the Prize Draw, all entrants confirm they have read, accepted and agreed to be bound to the Terms and Conditions of which the application instructions form part.
