Humax Direct Managers Specials PVR9300T

Hi,

I bought a PVR9300T PVR from Humax Direct as one of their "Managers Specials" back in August 2010.

These are as follows:

"What are "Manager Specials"?
These products are either older models we are attempting to clear from stock, or "Grade A" ("Grade A" units are marked with the suffix -G or -GSP at the end of the part code). Grade A's are predominantly store returns that have been tested and where appropriate repaired to an "as new" standard in our own service centre or factory. They come fully boxed with all accessories and full instructions and are all backed up by a complete 1 year on site warranty."

I'm now on my third replacement box, which is faulty. :mad:

Can anyone tell me where I stand? Should I just accept another replacement (No. 4)? This will be the third day I have had to take off work for these exchanges.

I've now lost 3 lots of programme recordings, when I send this one back, I'll lose all the Xmas Specials / films I recorded for those times when nothing else is on! :mad:


Am I the only one who has had this problem with the Humax / Humax Direct Managers Specials?
