I got my settlement from them by direct payment into my bank account BUT if you owe them money on the credit card, then they'll just credit it back to the account the charges were applied to. I didn't have a balance on my card therefore the payment of nearly £600 came to me.
The "refund" goes direct to the credit card account. This is because the charges added to the balance on the account and this is what they'll reduce 1st.
The refund is for charges made by the credit card company not payments made by you.0 -
thanks for your help there , im guessing there is nothing i can do to change that
did you accept the first offer? thats what my main problem is , do i accept it or say its unacceptable?0 -
why do you want it so bad, how much you owe them0

It depends if its a fair offer - did you ask for charges back, or charges & interest? Did they offer significantly less than you asked for?Cashback Earned ¦ Nectar Points £68 ¦ Natoinwide Select £62 ¦ Aqua Reward £100 ¦ Amex Platinum £48
