Simple question about renting a villa

Me and a friend are looking at getting a cheap holiday at the end of January. I've been looking at Villas Susaeta in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote.
I can book a room for 2 adults for £525, but does this mean we'd have to share the villa with others or would we get the villa to ourselves? Also, it says to have an heated pool is extra, anyone know how much roughly.
