Partially my generation and the generations below mine.
There are no "priced out" generations.
There are plenty of people prevented from owning by mortgage rationing though....;)“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.
Belief in myths allows the comfort of opinion without the discomfort of thought.”

I don't see that arguement, I wouldn't class myself as priced out and the mortgage 'rationing' is just a delay and not a block. Without mortgage 'rationing' every one will be able to buy and prices will rocket and more will be priced out.
This 'rationing' is more a return of sense and I support it fully, if it had been done from the start we wouldn't have the over inflated prices we have today.Have my first business premises (+4th business) 01/11/2017

Partly. Or has no-one else in their late 20's bought recently?0 -
Is it that most Britons can't afford . . . . . anything, let alone housing. Yes right that's something to celebrate, not.0

every generation has 'priced out' generations.Who are the "priced out generations"?
It's certainly not my generation.
every generation has people that miss the proverbial boat
every generation has people that screw themselves up financially that prevents them being able to buy
it's up to each individual to do something about it not blame everyone else instead of themselves.0 -

This is completely true and I can't argue with it.
But with that as I have pointed out before the goal posts have moved. There is situations where the generation before may stuggle to buy a house, but if i was in the same position it would be impossible.
As I say I have done everything about it and I am in a strong position and will be buying in the not too distant future, but this doesn't mean I am going to say 'I'm alright Jack' and celerbrate the rest of my generation having to work harder for less.Have my first business premises (+4th business) 01/11/2017
