Bespoke hotels advent winners, did you receive your win?

Back in Dec I won day 2 (2 DEC) of this competition:

However, since then I haven't heard from them..
I remember there were a few winners from MSE, just wonder if anybody received their vouchers yet?

I haven't yet, but I did win much later in the competition than you did. I was a bit confused though, because the email only said that the voucher would be sent out, but I think the terms said we had to claim within 30 days? I might send them a quick email if I haven't heard anything by the end of the week, just in case.

MintySky, what e-mail address are you going to use? I just checked, my WEM is from [EMAIL="noreply@bespokehotels.com"]noreply@bespokehotels.com[/EMAIL] I suppose I can't reply to this email?
There is indeed a contradiction between what they say in WEM and T&C..

I had a quick look at their website, and I think our best bet might be [EMAIL="info@bespokehotels.com"]info@bespokehotels.com[/EMAIL]. I think you're right about replying to the WEM, don't think we'd get any luck there.[EMAIL="info@bespokehotels.com"]
