Me and my partner are going to Las Vegas and Hawaii for our honeymoon this Sept, but do I have to do annual insurance because Im going to two places?

No, as long as it is not 2 trips from the UK, you can take out single trip cover. If you are planning other holidays in the next 12 months, it might be worth taking out an annual multi-trip.The comments I post are personal opinion.
