Halifax - 0% offer after closing account 9 months ago

Hi - I'm an existing halifax current account customer. I previously had a credit card with them but closed the account around Feb/March (10 months ago).
On my online banking they appear to be offering me 0% for 9 months again if I take a card out. Had a look at the brief terms but cant see anything about old customers not being eligible or not being eligible if you apply within a certain time from closing.
Anyone any ideas?

Yep, I’d follow the advice of Opinions4U. According to Stoozing.com, you only have to be out of the Halifax CC game for 2 months before reapplying as a new customer:
