Did you ask them to check the sorting office for their item? Sometimes they can be a bit slack about leaving cards.
hi Fay, Yeah, I've kept in daily contact with them and explained this -they are foreign though and their replies are quite difficult to decipher!:o so I'm unsure if they've fully understood the ins and outs.. i'll mail them again now and try to explain...0 -
Email your buyer and tell them that's it's been sitting at the sorting office waiting for them to collect and now it's on it's way back to you. When one of my buyers haven't received their item I always tell them to check at their local sorting office just in case postie hasn't left a card or a quick phone call to them is just as good to see if the item is there.0

I am surprised it is on its way back so quickly! Thought the sorting office kept them for longer?0

Me too - i've no idea what's happened with it at all... i'm just thnakful to be getting it back to be honest - i got scammed earlier this year trying to buy a phone and this is the replacement i bought with the small amount of compensation i received. Just seems to be that i'm unlucky both selling and buying phones!! Hey ho....0 -
Special Delivery's are only kept for 7 days at the sorting office, I've had many an argument about this especially at my sorting office where one parcel took 6 days to reach the sorting office, and that was the one day I didn't go and see if it was there, the next day it was sent back. I was fuming with that one I can tell you.
Best thing to do is keep and eye on the tracking number via the website as soon as it gets to the depot, email the buyer and let them no.Nice to save.0
