Probably but not certain! I have been around for a long time on MSE and have never changed my user name. What you see is what you get.

However, a couple of years back there was a thread about alternative identities and just for a bit of fun and a bit of a laugh, I signed myself off as
"the poster formerly known as Terryw"

It referred to the pop-star Prince using a squiggle as his new name and was taken as slightly humorous at the time. But would fall flat now with the passage of time.
