Hi ive posted before about problems with the housing office sorting out my tenents claim. Well she has been in the house over 9 weeks and they have still not sorted her claim so therefore i am not getting any rent. i filled in some paperwork with her before xmas to get an interim payment directly to me but i have yet to…

A quick update...
suprise suprise no payment in my account today! i rang the housing who said the payment has been put forward but will take till monday to reach my account,talk about dragging out. im not completely convinced this will happen though,i have no faith in them.
Another thing, they agreed to pay the first payment of arrears direct to me and then regular payments to tenant,my tenant moved in on nov 1st and they are paying 1-14th nov to her first then the 15th nov-9th jan to me,makes no sense at all. they are also assessing her claim still so no more payments to her untill that is sorted. the saga continues........
