Well i drunkenly dropped my phone down the loo on new years eve. the next day it still wouldnt work. i do have insurance so thought i would give Orange a call at about 4pm. i didnt expect them to be open as it was new years day but they were, very helpful and had my new phone delivered by 10am the next morning (a Sunday). i did not expect for it to be dealt with so quickly so well done to them :T
