Ola Holidays and Refund?

Hi I have just got in from work and have a letter from Ola they are processing the refunds now and we all should have our money back within the next seven weeks. Hooray:T:T:T:T:T

I also received a letter this week. My only worry is that it had NO date. I emailed Ola and asked them to confirm this lettter by email as 7 weeks means nothing without a start date!!! (and yes no reply)
Wondering if they are just plain stupid and unproffesional or extremely clever!!
(Sorry to still be moaning), but until that money is back in my hands I refuse to celebrate!
Have kept the envelope with post mark.
Will definately let you all know when/if I receive a refund.:eek:

Hi, We booked a Goldtrail holiday with Ola Travel last year which was cancelled. We received a FULL REFUND yesterday and banked the cheque immediately in case it bounced or the company is in financial difficulties. We will get back to you if there are any problems with the cheque clearing etc.

yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy we received our check finally and it cleared!!!! surprise, surprise no word STILL from the Ola holiday "customer care team" ((WHAT A BLOODY JOKE)) hope to never again having any dealing with Ola Holidays and will be advise EVERYONE i can against using them. Hope you all get your money back soon. Good luck suzeee with the charges hope you get back every penny.
