Toddler Balance bike from Kiddicare only £12.95

I was looking for a balance bike for my 2 year old, for those that haven't heard about the bikes, it is a first bike where the child learns to get their balance, it doesn't have pedals , they use their feet and it doesn't have brakes (so be careful if you have an energetic toddler). It says age 3+, but i have a small 2year old (nearly 3 and it fits her perfectly). Height adjustable seat and handle bars. Also includes spanner to tighten them up. Great buy when compared to others i have seen.

It is a Chuggington bike from Kiddicare dot com and retails at £42.95 but is now only £12.95.

I can't post links but just put balance bike in the search on the kiddicare site and it will bring it up.

They currently have free delivery when you spend over £29.99.

Lots in stock and really quick delivery.

Hope that helps someone.

I have a balance bike (not the same as this one but similar) for my 4 year old son and he loves it. The idea is that children learn to scoot and balance as this is foundational to learning how to pedal a bike without stabilisers. He has a bike with stabilisers too and I use this to challenge his balance a bit more. It is also handy to sling in my little car for trips to the park as it takes up much less space than his big bike.

My 2 year old would be lethal on one of these at the moment lol!! Will probably be ready for it in 6 months or so.

    Great price & great find!

What a great bargain, both my 2 have balance bikes. The youngest only just turned 2 when she started practising on hers. I recommend them for any toddlers, they're great fun.
    :hello:
  • I recommend them too, I paid a lot more for my wee boy's :( but it is definitely the best way for them to learn, a bargain for someone!

Excellent find, thanks, I have just bought 3 for the preschool where I work. At the moment they all fight over the one ancient wooden one we have!
