Hi,
I brought an item from a market place store on the 15 dec, way in time for Christmas, it didn't arrive before Xmas, I sent them a xmas on xmas eve saying its not here, they said sorry its because of the weather and i should wait a few more days
Its now the 5th, still not had anything at all, im getting my post for a few days ago, and ive had every else deliverd
where do i stand?

To be fair I ordered an item from Amazon on the 4th December, turned up this morning!0

was it direct from amazon or at a market place? i was working for amazon forfillment centre warehouse at xmas!0

Wait til the 15th, then send a message along the lines of:
"Hi,
I ordered this product on the 15th December, it is now the 15th January, I have not received it yet.
If I hear no response by the 18th January, I shall be raising an Amazon A-Z claim for not-received
