Currently using Handelsbanken - very easy to setup - all things getting sorted (direct debits etc). Very friendly bunch and very helpful however,
Problem - the internet banking is horrendous! Basically the security on the system allows you only to have a 'certificate' put on the computer - so basically if you go away from home alot - i.e. without taking your laptop you have to take a pen drive with the certificate on - load it on to the computer you wish to use and then delete it after - a complete faff in my opinion. An iPhone and iPad application is available but only for Swedish accounts as they use a different system - and checking a UK account on one of those portable devices is a "no no" - very very poor in my opinion.0
