The problem is Bg's suppliers are the manufacturers and during a recent spell of inclement weather many manufacturers struggled to get their sparts parts shipped in or out by their suppliers and distributors.

It's an Ideal mini C24 and they've written PCB on the paperwork which I assume is the part they need.

Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..
  • BG closed the inbound sales channels over the harsh weather to support breakdowns. 300.000 calls in 4 days. People were leaving messages on the answer machine complaining about BG not setting up new contracts. ( some of them were hilarous, its amazing what people say to a "machine").

Ideal will supply the part over night for an extra £15 delivery charge

Or keeptheheaton.co.uk have them currently in stock.

Next working day delivery for just £6.95 (or £3.95 for delivery within 3 working days)

first78- have BG actually taken the existing pcb away?
I thought it was still possible for you to light the boiler (assuming you still have the pcb) - at least the engineer could each time they visited.

If the worst comes to the worst, get yourself down to the local supermarket - most sell kettles for less than 5 or 6 quid - that'll give you hot water in the mean time :)
