Hey, new here, hoping someone can help me.
Woke up this morning to discover £450 had vanished from my account overnight, my balance was still showing £472 but available balance was £22.
I phoned loyds tsb and canceled the card, i know i havent used it as last time i used this card was before xmas.
Loyds confirmed that the card had been used in 15 transactions in a row for £30 a time, obviously untill it emptied my account.
As the transactions arent showing on my account yet ive been instructed to wait untill they appear then call back and they will investigate.
Has anyone had any experience with loyds tsb and debit card fraud? Reason im asking is im left with £22 to my name and have no idea how long this process will take.
Any advice would be much appreciated
Thanks
Callum

All fraudulent transactions are normaly refunded to your bank account within 24 hours. They will just normaly send out a form for you to complete then send back, Once you do that they request the funds back from the merchant who had taken them.0
