Applying when a tennant and a house owner

I have a large balance outstanding on a Virgin CC and want to apply for an interest free card to transfer the balance to. Due to separation I have moved into a smaller property that I am renting whilst renting out my larger home. The rent from my house more than covers my mortgage repayments and the rent for my present house (before tax!). How do I apply for a CC in a way that shows that I am a house owner whilst my registered address is different to the house that I own? The application forms do not provide the facility to do this and I do not want to apply for a CC purely as a tennant as I do not feel that this will give me a high enough credit rating for the limit I require on the card.
