It's not as hard as you think especially if you know where they work. It could pay to keep an eye on the Electoral Register and there are plenty of tenant-finding firms out there as well if you rally want to slap them with a CCJ. You may not get your money back but it would cause some really nasty problems for the tenant in future.0 -
