Salary Paid via BACS/Cash Into Bank Account

My boss has started annoyingly paying me one month via BACs straight into my bank account and then the next month pays in over the counter in Cash. I amconcerned that this is affect my relationship with the bank and they are not seeing a regular BACS credit each month.
Can anyone tell me if this is true and I am looking for extra facilities from the Nationwide and am trying to build a good relationship with them?
Thanks in advance of any help.

I would check with your bank what their view is. First thing to make sure is that it's not in your terms that you have to pay in a regular credit by bacs not any other method. Then you could ask about whether it would affect anything else.
Is this just a one off, I can't understand why your employer would pay cash rather than bacs? I presume it must be a small company or something?Indecision is the key to flexibility

If you pay the cash into your account (even if you withdraw some of it straight away) then you should be ok.
Bank's systems generally look at accounts where no credits have been received for 5 weeks or more as an indication that there might be problems ahead.0 -
Just pay the cash into your account ,simply ,it is a credit and that will suffice. No need to ask their permission,it is only a current account, they do not set your credit score. If you want to borrow, far more competitive rates can be found,on loans ,mortgages than loyalty to your bank. All you need ,to count towards your credit score is a long established current account, they do not send reports about how your money goes in.But if you default well that then gives them the opportunity to report you ,but I personally would rather crawl over broken glass, than breach the TC's.True Nationwide do account reviews,so what,do not allow that to intimidate you because if they did not want you ,you would not have an account, extra facilities shop around, believe me cash ,BACS matters not.To be happy you need to make someone happy.0
