Tracy Anderson trained Madonna and Gwyneth Paltrow.
Biggest Loser is starting this week so I am hoping that is motivating!
Bless!
Oh right... she looks scary

Hello Angel_Jenny and Willow 92.

I need to lose a lot of weight
but I've never seen exercise on Sky TV. Could either of you let me know which channel they are on so that I can get some recorded. :T
Thanks very much.
They're on like Fitness TV (282 I think) and stuff.Savings £8,865.22 £/15,000 Aiming to save enough for a house deposit.0 -
Not local either I am afraid but here to support!
I too am on a healthy kick but I know that the word diet immediantly sends me into an eating frenzy so I have decided to do it in stages. They say it take 28 days to form a habit so i will change one thing every 28 days:D
1st thing started yesterday is no snacking!
I know that baby steps are the best for me because a small change at a time hardly feels like a change if you see what I mean.
Good Luck!0 -

She is a bit scary! Might be the airbrushing!
She does promise a "teeny tiny dancer's body" though! I can actually get through her DVD but you can really feel it the next day.0 -

Thanks Angel_Jenny
I will have a look at all of those and no doubt the laughing I will do (knowing I won't be able to do their exercises) will be enough to help me tighten my stomach muscles. :rotfl:

I like tracey anderson's dvd too...but can't find it ATM...its somewhere, and I want to do it!
OP, I'm overweight too, and sometimes exercise with a much fitter, slimmer friend. Is it embarrassing...yes, but she's also more motivated than I and thus a better pal than someone who might be tempted to give up when we are both flagging. Don't rule out a slimmer friend you already have who might like to get fitter or exercise to a dvd or similar with you a couple of times a week.

I was considering a Wii Fit, already have a Wii, but at £80ish it kinda went against my savings plan lol.. I have a brand new mountain bike in the kitchen that hasn't been out yet, due to the snow, so I'm going to get out on that instead. I'm lucky that there is a long country road with a path that is very quiet just 2 mins from my house, so I can use that for cycling

Just think, if we get moving now and lose weight then we will be ready for the summer... God only knows I want to be slimmer for then.
I'm not that unfit, even at my weight, just been on my yearly snowboarding holiday, and did fine, although I really would have enjoyed more energy! I guess I'm kidding myself in a way because I lost 5.5stones before and I was so much fitter, healthier and happier
9/70lbs to lose
