Needing a weight loss buddy!

Well the title says it all....

I've tried to lose weight before and I managed to lose half a stone then put at least another stone back on... I need someone local to come and kick me up the a**e every single minute of the day. Maybe we could exercise together or something? I can't afford to join a gym so that's out of the question but I do have a Wii which is what helped me lose weight in the first place.

I think I'm around 16 and a half stone at the moment and 5 foot 7. I'm hoping to lose around two stone. I need someone to motivate me to eat healthier, possibly online or in person.

I live in Stafford so you'd probably have to be quite local as I don't drive. I think that's it really.... Help?

    Hey there,

I'm in Yorkshire, so I'm not local I'm afraid :(

I'm 5ft 7 and 17st 9lbs as of New Years day.. eeek. Been doing okay so far this week, although I haven't started out too strict as I usually fail, so I've been good and had a couple of choccies in the evening still, still losing weight though as it's a vast improvement on my eating before.

What diet were you considering? I'm just doing healthy eating..
    9/70lbs to lose :)

Healthier eating and more exercise hopefully, I just can't stop eating though... I'm actually eating an orange as I type

    Good luck!

I was supposed to be starting a whole healthy me plan this week but I now have that cold bug that is going a round! I am going to start exercising as soon as I am well enough and have started healthy eating already.

I have a Tracy Anderson DVD and am thinking of getting a belly dancing or zumba DVD as well.

I have loads saved! I am going to try all the things that I would be too scared to go to a class for. Basically anything that requires co-ordination! There are some good yoga programmes on Sky.

I like to do the yoga stuff on the Wii. I'm no good at it though.

I have a Wii but I don't remember the last time I went on it. :o

Love the Tracy Anderson DVD even though her exercises seem a bit weird so I think I will have to make time for that. It is 1 hour and she says to do it at least 6 times a week!

I'll have to dust it first!

Tracy Anderson trained Madonna and Gwyneth Paltrow.

Biggest Loser is starting this week so I am hoping that is motivating!

    Hello Angel_Jenny and Willow 92. :D

I need to lose a lot of weight :o but I've never seen exercise on Sky TV. Could either of you let me know which channel they are on so that I can get some recorded. :T

    Thanks very much.
