How do I report a black cab, (London)
Morning.
On the way to work today I witnessed a very nast incident involving a woman driver and a London black cab. The black cab driver was out of his taxi and screaming at the terrified woman, (who had locked her doors and shut her windows), I don't think I've seen such aggressive behaviour on the roads before.
I really want to report this guy, (I have the taxi number), because this wasn't right. Does anyone here know exactly how to go about doing this as my google searches have proved a bit fruitless so far?

You would need to report him to the Hackney Carriage Officer.IT Consultant in the utilities industry specialising in the retail electricity market.

Who? no such thing.
its the Public carriage office who you will need to make a complaint to via the TFL website who now run things.

If it is outside london then the local council

I use to drive a Hackney, not in London but the advice is the same, get in touch with the Licensing Office, they WILL pull him in. If it's your word against his nothing may get done but the report will stay on his file and if they started to get further complaints his word would be worth less.Liverpool is one of the wonders of Britain,

fair play for taking the details to get this reported, too many people would pretend not to see...
although dont do as i once did, jump out to defend the person, it nearly ended up with me getting my head kicked in by the aggressive driver...0 -
Why was he being agressive in the first place?0
