Use an Obfuscator. Standard practice.
Doesn't work for all, but if you have a proper host, you'll have a proper spam assassin which will pick up most of the rest.

I'm talking about the difference in emptying folders with 10s of spam and 1000s of spam emails. Prevention is better than cure.
It might not affect you that much if not many people visit the site where the email is. But for high traffic sites, it is good advice.Look at it this way... In a hundred years who's gonna care?0
