Annual season ticket

Bought my annual season ticket for 2011 in Dec 2010 but I was still charged the 2011 prices. Is there anyway I can reclaim the difference. It had gone up by apparently £80.:mad:

When did you new season ticket start?
Its not when you buy it that counts, but when the first day of travel is.
If you bought it on say 31 December, valid from 31 December, it should have been priced at 'last years price'.
