next xmas refund policy

Hi

I took some clothes back to next last week they were bought around 14th december but i was told and there were signs advertising the extended refund polcy that i had until the 17th january to return.

Now when i returned them the sales advisor told me after chcking with a colleague that as it was past the 28days they'd would only refund back onto a refund card even though i had the receipt.

as it was over amonth ago am not 100% but am fairly sure that this wasnt shown on their advertised extended refund policy

What? Over a month ago?

It is only 5th January today... Wednesday.

Less than 28 days from 14 December, isn't it?

sorry i put the worng date down it was 14 november
