Halifax Ultimate Reward Account

Ok - 'upgraded' to this account a few months ago and my RAC cover (purchased via Tesco clubcards) has now run out and I want to set up the AA cover included in the Ultimate Rewards - but can't find my paperwork for the account. Do I need to ring Halifax (arrrghhh...call centre hell) or is there anyway to set up these rewards online?
Obviously paying for the account fees each month so want to get the extras all set up (otherwise might as well move back to a normal account)

I do not think you need to set it up, it's already active. I never activated mine. Details are all in your URCA welcome pack.

As Andy_Ches indicates, the AA cover is automatic. It is worth noting you only get the basic roadside assistance included in your monthly fee, you can contact AA and upgrade the coverage (prices and telephone numbers linked below):-

The only features you must register for to ensure coverage is the mobile phone insurance and card care protection. The travel insurance is automatic but you must advise them of any pre-existing medical conditions.
You can register (or claim on) the mobile phone insurance/ card care by calling the URCA Benefits line on 08451 24 14 00 (geographical: 01495 281 287), or register your mobile online via the link below:-
