Hi guys I hope I have posted this in the right section.Basically I have power if attorney over my Grandmas saving accounts she has an Isa and a normal savings account. She is in hospital at the moment and there is talk of her going into home for rehabilitaion.(short term hopefully)..My question is: I am presuming that the home will be asking my Grandmas income details.Does the accounts have to be declared?
Thanks Missy

Do you mean 'income'? If so you must declare the income. I would have thought they also need her 'net worth' in which case you would have to disclose the total value.0
