I know I am far from the first person to post about the importance of checking receipts before leaving the store but so many people dont do it. I regularly have to go to customer services because I have been overcharged and its usually concerning "special offers" or BOGOFs. It happened numerous times last year.... three times in December alone! Anyway I decided that this year I would keep a tally so that come next December I will know how much I would have been overcharged by had I not checked my receipts. Lo and behold it has happened already. Today I bought two items that were two for £1.65. I was charged £3.30. :mad:
