Have the DWP paid January's DLA early e.g. the end of December last year?

    I was supposed to receive mine today but it was available balance on 31st December. When were you due to receive your payment?

    I may look well but I am very poorly, I am fed up with being judged because I cannot work. Grrr!!
    I am not looking at them, they just aint real!

    Today, but it went in on the 31st Dec. Does that mean my next one will be on the same day as if the one that went in on the 31st Dec went in today (4th Jan)?

    if it was due today(4th jan)next payment is due 1st feb.

    Thanks I see now. I got paid 3 days early for some reason but my next payday is on the normal day.

    Even if you get paid earlier due to bank holidays you will still receive your next payment at the usual time. The only reason you would have received it early before New Year is because they have to send payment earlier than usual. DLA payments take just 3 working days to clear, ie if payment sent on a friday you receive it tuesday. Hope this helps you :j
