Have the DWP paid January's DLA early e.g. the end of December last year?

I was supposed to receive mine today but it was available balance on 31st December. When were you due to receive your payment?Never judge a book by it's cover!
I may look well but I am very poorly, I am fed up with being judged because I cannot work. Grrr!!

Today, but it went in on the 31st Dec. Does that mean my next one will be on the same day as if the one that went in on the 31st Dec went in today (4th Jan)?0 -
if it was due today(4th jan)next payment is due 1st feb.0

Even if you get paid earlier due to bank holidays you will still receive your next payment at the usual time. The only reason you would have received it early before New Year is because they have to send payment earlier than usual. DLA payments take just 3 working days to clear, ie if payment sent on a friday you receive it tuesday. Hope this helps you :jNever judge a book by it's cover!
