I bought a "brand new" Panasonic Viera from Currys last year. The box was sealed too. Turns out it was second hand, Currys trying to pull a flanker, we only discovered when we found the previous owner's postcode, house number & surname in the security settings.
Suggest you get that checked rather than fretting about willie pictures.I no longer contribute to the Benefits & Tax Credits forum.0 -
I suppose it gives a new meaning to "It's "Free Willy" on the television again.0

£10 per inch ain't badSquirrel! If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you. If I don't say, then I can help you with questions and fixing products. Regardless, there's still no secret EU law.
Now 20% cooler0 -

Hello i wonder if anyone can help me, i recently purchased a brand new LG TV from Currys, the box was fully sealed and i got it home and unboxed it. The thing is that out of the box dropped a piece of paper, not thinking anything of it i started setting up the tv. The paper was picked up by my 4 year old daughter who started asking whats this whats this. I took it from her and to my horror contained a series of drawings of male body parts in graphic detail. I went back to the store but they couldnt be held responsible as the box was sealed. I got onto LG who have given me a reply of £50 for my inconvenience. Where do i stand in taking this further, its not that i want a new tv or more money but surely my 4 year old is worth more that £50 and the fact she saw that is totally appauling to me. any help would be great thats
You could use that £50 and invest in a spellchecker for yourself.0 -
I'd be pleased at the £50 and realise that you can't control everything in life. If it were graffiti that your daughter saw on the street - you wouldn't have gotten £50 for it.0
