Dealsniper Hong Kong goods not arrived

Hi all,
I have probably gone and goofed here but I purchased some non electronic goods from Dealsniper on the 9thdec through paypal. I have tracked them to have left china on the 17th, but that's it.
Dealsniper say 5-7 days for delivery unless held up by customs. How long should i wait until I try to intervene? If the goods have been seized then how can I find out? does anybody know?
