Hi,
Its been a while i watched DVD on my player. I always use PC. Few days ago, i just try the player. The sound is ok but no picture.
I checked the scart connection yet no picture. What could be responsible? possible solution. Unfortunately, i cant find the manual.
Cheers.

Kay, I know you've checked the SCART connection (both ends) but please check both ends again, or try a different cable. Make sure each connector is pressed firmly and squarely into its socket. SCART connectors are a terrible design and I've had lots of instances of sound/no video or video, no sound caused by a very slightly unseated SCART connector.
I couldn't find a manual for the DVP-SR90, but here's one for the DVP-SR100 which may be similar enough. There's love in this world for everyone. Every rascal and son of a gun.

Problem persist
In the olden days, my connections goes thus;
1) Scart from DVD player goes into skybox & scart from skybox goes to the back of the TV [ The old skybox has 2 scart inputs ].
2) Now i have sky + HD (which has just one scart input. I was unable to repeat the old connection.
3) At the back of the TV are 2 scart inputs. I tried to connect it independently. That is Skybox goes to AV1 input while DVD player goes to AV2.
The sky worked perfectly but DVD played with no picture.
4) I disconnect sky and put the DVD scart into AV1. It worked(picture and sound comes perfect) but sky is disconnected.
I am guessing the problem might be AV1 & AV2 issue.
Unfortunately, i have lost the TV remote.
I bought scart splitter this morning but no solution yet.
How could i do perfect connection for both DVD Player and Skybox ?

Kay, have you tried the DVD into AV1 on the TV and the Sky into AV2?
Alternatively, does the DVD player have two SCART sockets? If so, can you feed the Sky signal to the DVD rather than the TV and Sky should work with the DVD switched off. There's love in this world for everyone. Every rascal and son of a gun.

1) In this method, the sky picture was wobbling while the DVD played but with no picture.
2) DVD has just one scart.0 -

Can't find much info on that TV. Best I can suggest is -
Swap the SCART leads over between the Sky box and the DVD to see if the fault switches with the cable = cable problem.
Swap the SCART cables round (TV end to DVD player and DVD player end to TV, etc) and see if the fault remains = cable problem.
Otherwise, there may be a menu setting which can be changed for the AV2 SCART, but you'd need the remote for that I suspect. There's love in this world for everyone. Every rascal and son of a gun.
