Currently living temp at my parents, so not on the ER, just looked on the yorkshire site, and if not on the ER i will need some other proof of address, which is a bit difficult, as am techniclly homeless.
you are living with you parents so you must be able to prove who you are, try the ybs if they say no phone them and explain you have just moved back with your parents try that with the coop as well, your parents are on the er so they would be able to do an unrecorded inquiry on the address railing that ask your mother to open a basic account and stand GT xxIf you woke up this morning congratulations, you have another chance :j0 -

They could easily identify me by all the credit cards and bank accounts I had on my credit file!

I've just dug out the list of id requirements for co-op casminder. Thought I might have filed it in the bin
There is a strong proof list (uk passport, uk driving licence etc.)
If this isn't available 2 other documents are required from 2 different lists.
A: benefits letter or tax notification (there are others but op doesn't have)
B: council tax bill, bank/cc statement. Utility bill, tv licence, rental agreement (this has to be council/housing Ben or letting agency. Tv licence or car tax document.
I'm sorry but without any of these I think you're going to find it very hard to open a bank account. The bank has to complete anti money laundering checks and need to verify information from more than 1 source. There have been a number of recent high profile cases where the FSA has fined banks for not completing or documenting aml.0 -
use proof of your address for your previous address (benefit letters etc as recent as possible) set up the account, pay a few pennies to royal mail to redirect the post to your parents, then change your address with the co op once you get your card etc

Nationwide do a Cashbuilder Card only account - might also be worth a try. I didn't have any problems in October 2010. Good luck!0
