Only a tiny rant but.....
Having been offered 50% off a Haven holiday this summer due to disability in the family I was interested to know if Park Resorts offered anything similar as we prefer them to Haven. I emailed them and filled in the form stating I wanted to be contacted by email. So this afternoon I received a telephone call about my query concerning discounts for senior citizens :think:
Do these companies not bother reading, only grab onto a phone number in the hope Ill have forgotten what I contacted them about in the first place??

Oh, and for the record, no they don't offer any discounts for disabled at all. Oh well, Haven it is then
