Missing Parts when item delivered

Hi All -

I have a quickie question -

I bought a TV from a website which showed images of an aeiral within the advert.

When the item arrived, there was no aerial included in the package, and when I called them, they said they did not think it was included, and they could not help over the phone - I needed to email their head office. (They could not provide me with a telephone number of their head office)

Am I entitled to expect to receive the aerial as part of the price (the remote control which was next to it in the photo turned up in the package)

I have uploaded a jpeg of the page so you can check it.,

I hope someone can advise me of my rights here...

Can't really advise you of your rights. But looking at the pictures, there is certainly what looks like an aerial shown as the last item. Whether that would be good enough to allow you to watch TV doesn't matter.

And thay talk about Freeview. Can't see that aerial getting a good enough signal....:rotfl:

You would think the aerial in the photo would be quite useless, though I have seen a different Meos TV model of a friend working quite well with that type of aerial...
The point is more that they have shown it in their advert, and I think I should have received it...and from the customer service helpline encounter I think I may have a small fight on my hands to get it...

Update - I expected a fuss (based on the conversation with the customer services person) but I just received an email saying they would send the aerial - hopefully a storm in a teacup..
