Hi all ,

done a rapid reclaim 1st week odf dec 2010 and have still not recieved any money"how rapid is that":)

anyone not been paid over the last week or so?

person who i saw 2 and half weeks back said i wouldnt need to sign for at least a month due to them being shut for the holiday period any way think ive been badly advised as the dates in my jsa book are totaly confusing,looks like i will have to go down and see em to morrow.

You may have missed the fact that we have just had a bunch of public holidays.

Give them a call, you will get further on the phone than if you go in.

Hi there,
I signed on in mid december and still have not recieved any payment. I was also told that i wouldnt need to visit the jobcentre between christmas and new year and there would be a months gap between the two appointments! I thought all would be ok until i realised i had not recieved any money at all and although my housing benefit was confirmed it was sent to me as a cheque that arrived on Xmas eve, the cheque still hasnt cleared and i have no available funds atall in the bank as my rent has been paid out. It all seems so rediculous and long winded....grrrr! Sorry, rant over....just dont know what to do about the situation....

If i had been asleep then i would have missed that fact!:T

and regards to going in, my experience has been their even worse on the phone,will just get clarified why they put so many dates on my attendance book.
