watch out on your marks and spencer sales orders!!!!

Am v cross cos i placed TWO orders with M&S , one on xmas eve/day at midnight for sale items and a later one on xmas day afternoon(no, wasn't being sad, daughter's leggings didn't fit, she was gutted and they didn't have any in shop so I ordered some) I have received the leggings order but STILL haven't received sale order and just received e mail saying couldn't have all of items I has ordered cos they are now not available!!!
When I phoned the lady I spoke to said, "Well , we don't guarantee any items you know" to which my arguement is one, I ordered AS THE SALE STARTED, in fact before midnight so how come they are sold out, and also, WHY is my order so delayed, surely they should deal with and ALLOCATE items on first come first served basis,..which they don't cos the order I placed last arrived first! Has left a very bad taste in my mouth re M&S :mad::mad: and don't think there's much I can do about it except SEETHE!!!
