Is the below a good deal?
Here's a very special offer – a way you could save on interest payments, simply by transferring a balance from a card with a higher rate.
Transfer balances from these other cards to your Halifax Credit Card before 14th February 2011 and as long as you stay within your credit limit we'll give you a balance transfer rate of 4.94% p.a. for 6 months (with 3% fee). By paying less interest on those balances for 6 months means you could save money on your interest payments, putting a little extra in your pocket each month.
Just remember, any balance still remaining after 6 months will revert back to your standard rate of 15.94% p.a. (variable).

It depends. It isn't as good as 0% with no fee!
If you've got a balance elsewhere at a much higher rate than 15.94% then there is some value to it.
If you were in a position to clear that balance in the 6 months, then if you're paying above 11%ish it's probably just about worth doing.0
