cold weather payment

Have been trying to get into original thread but for some reason cant access it.

Just have a quick question. My area has had 4 cwp triggers. I recieved my first payment into my account 29 December. I hoped the other payments would come in weekly after this but nothing there today.

Phoned the number they advise but they say they dont handle the payments side of it and dont know when the other payments will be released.

Anyone else in this situation. I suspect there may be loads

It takes 14 days for a CWP to be processed.

just before xmas they paid 2 of my 5 at the same time(£50)the last of the 5 has now been paid

I should of recieved 4 cwp between from the 1st of Nov - 31 Dec. But iv only recieved 2.. ??

our payments have gone into bank before getting the letter, received one today but the payment was already in just after xmas

yes carlislelass, my payments have always gone into my account long before I receive the letter! Every one of my payments have gone into my account within a week of the trigger!

Thanks for the replies guys. I will keep an eye on my bank. Now I have recieved the first I guess the others will just filter through eventually. At least I am on their radar now.

I have rang them again today. WE had 2 paid into bank just before christmas and nothing else since despite it being up to 6 triggered now.

The boy on the phone said there was nothing he could do and to phone back in a week, I shall ring Friday
