Cranbery roule ideas?

Firstly ..can I freeze it?

Secondly...can I do any thing that makes it more edible. I think it is ghastly, DH thought it was ok....any ideas please....I hate the idea of throwing out food.:o

    Opps,sorry...it would sound like a pudding out of context :o...''le roule''cheese..with cranberry instead of the normal herby stuff that's ok spread on bread.

    Oh - I was thinking of roulade! In that case, yes it will freeze, but if you don;t like it now, you ain't going to be eating it later, are you ;)

    Make some bread and crumble the cheese into it before its second rise - take out the cranberry bits if you like, and add some cheddar. I did this once and it was delicious :T
