Belgium by eurostar

Hi all,
am due to travel to belgium this weekend by eurostar. I booked the ticket for "All Belgium Stations" which allows you to travel any connecting city in Belgium within 24 hours of arrival.
Have picked up my eurostar tickets from St Pancras, which just say "Brussels Midi". I remember during the internet checkout process something about having to pick up the belgian part of the ticket from Brussels Midi station, but can't find any information on whereabouts in the station to do this.
(p.s. it used to be the case that any eurostar ticket allowed you to travel to any station in Belgium for free, but this is no longer the case. You have to pay a bit extra).
Anyone know whereabouts in Brussels Midi station I have to collect the tickets from? Is it the "railtour" office?
Many thanks!

Hi,
Brussells Midi was the station Eurostar pulled into when I went a couple of years ago. It is the biggest and busiest of Brusells rail stations. I guess you could pick up your onward tickets on arrival. Sorry to hear they've got rid of the free internal trips...we had a pleasant day trip to Bruges just by showing our London-Brx eurorail tickets... I guess all good freebies come to an end!Just because somebody is certain doesn't mean they are right!0 -
The free onward travel offer stopped last year but there is still a cheap onward travel option

OP have you contacted Eurostar or whoever you booked with to sort this out? Unless you have prebooked the onward journey you probably will have to pay the normal price from Brussels.0 -
I have prebooked the onward travel option, but apparently there is a separate ticket for that, and I need to pick the ticket up in Brussels midi somewhere. Just not sure where!
Guess will have to give eurostar a call if no one knows.0 -
Just found out, I don't need to collect a separate ticket. The one from eurostar says "Valid to/from all Belgian stations" so should be enough to travel on the belgian trains (for 24 hours after arrival/before departure).
Many thanks to all who helped.0
