Paypal..not working?

Ive bought something of ebay for £3.00 and paypal wont let me pay for it :mad: it says my card has been declined! Which it hasnt and when i try and log on independantly from ebay it tells me ive used the incorrect password on ebay when i'm logged on ebay in another window!

Dont know - have you changed your password in ebay and not told paypal - although this is really only a problem usually if you are selling and paypal is linked to your sale. Another problem could be that your card has expired (have you had a new one recently - is so you need to delete the old one and add your new one in paypal settings).Aint got a signature - as I cant think of anything world wisely to say.0

Nope not a new card have used it before on paypal and nope not changed my password lately either...I am a tad confused but will keep trying! Thanx anyway! 0 -
I had a buyer with the same problem yesterday - wondering if it's connected with the explosion at the US HQ yesterday?

Its still not working but am on the phone to the bank now to check it.!
Well they did put a stop on my card as a security check :mad: :mad: they do it to so many cards a day to check they arnt stolen! So tell your customer phone the bank !0 -
I have had the same problem this morning. I think it is paypal site that got screwed up! press continue it take u back to ebay. press pay now 2nd time it works!! I always give paypal two chances to made my payment. If the 2nd time hasn't gone thru' I just pay by personal cheq. & inform the seller that paypal is not very user friendly!!!0
