Couldn't agree more. Bought furniture from them a while ago and it was shocking quality. Sent back and took ages to refund me, then tried to chase me for money I didn't owe them for three months.

Just logged onto my account this morning and my order doesnt even exist, and there are no beds left, on additions direct, yet if you go on very they are there but are now double the price. Annoyed, just a a little bit.

Sorry to bump this back up BUT, after having my order cancelled, recieving s cancellation email and the order completely disappearing from my account etc, 3 days ago i log into my account to find that the order has reappeared and that my bed is despatched and on its way :shock:

Im more than happy as its a bargain price.

That's great news and very strange how it's reappeared! Update when you get your order delivered if possible.

I keep checking my Very account to see if my order for the drawers, wardrobe & cabinet is still there - it is still saying accepted and the expected delivery dates haven't changed. I'm not optimistic that this order will be fulfilled though.

My Very order conformation says the 9th Feb too, for the drawers and wardrobe, but the matching bedside cabinet I ordered says delivery by 28th Jan. I'm not holding much hope of getting the cabinet by this Friday, that date will probably change no doubt.

Very have since added the £6.95 delivery charge to my account, which wasn't there before.

I ordered the set from Littlewoods, bedside cabinets were due to arrive 28/01 and the wardrobe and chest of drawers are due 10/02.

Phoned the automated line on the 28/01 and it said that it was due for delivery that day but could be 7pm at the latest. 7:15pm and no delivery, phoned up and the lady told me they were still awaiting stock for all the order (so unlikely to get the wardrobe and chest of drawers on the 10th either). I told her that the order tracking online says order accepted and nothing about awaiting stock and that I'd taken time off work and lost £60 waiting for an order that they knew wasn't coming. She apologised and said she would refer it to a supervisor who would phone me back within 4-5days. Heard nothing but got a letter today, very non-specific saying sorry I was unhappy with a recent order and that they have listened and taken everything on board and they hope I'll still shop with them again.

I'm due a serious bout of pmt soon, I'll wait til then and then I'll give them another call :rotfl:

My delivery for bedside cabinets was 28 January and has still not turned up !!!!!!!!!!! I have rang them up and they have no idea where they are ?????? Still waiting I have called they yesterday as I also ordered wardrobe and chest of drawers which should arrive today, on the phone they said the bedside tables may turn up today with other stuff, somehow I don't believe them, Really I cant understand why they cannot tell me where my order is
