Boots!!!

Went into Boots today put my advantage card in the macine it gave me 2 vouchers one for a third off any shower gel or bubble bath and a third of ladies deodorant, great thought I got a Original source shower gel at a pound and a deodorant a pound so about 66p each methinks, pays at the till with other things then looked at my receipt £1.70 for the gel and about £1.50 for the deo, I bring this to the attention of the assistant, she says oh yes, you cant have 2 discounts apparently they were allready discounted so the till will charge me the full price, so I will pay more for my discounted item , what a blooming joke!!!!!!

Original source is cheap somewhere, possibly superdrug. Cheaper than £1. I cant be bothered looking but it is listed on a popular sire fore deal in the UK and some of the deals are hot (in case I am not allowed to name the site)

vouchers usually say on them 'cannot be used with any other offer' or something similar

the vouchers dont state not usable with any other offer, i checked before i used them the other day, i purchased toothpaste on a 3 4 2 and shampoo on BOGOF and the discount worked on both !

They have some in the 99p store, alas not the lime or mint ones, which are the ones I like.

Unfortunately I don't live near a morrisons but still a good tip. If I went to the closest one it would take hours and cost £5+ in bus fare so I might as well pay £2 for it in Tesco:rotfl:

What a bummer, I never used to live near Morrsisons but now I do and love it, nice food methinks, better than MR T and Asda, I have all 3 within a mile, I quite often traipse around all of em!!!

I brought original source shower gel at £1 and used the 1/3 off voucher too. Maybe they didn't let you because you tried to use the deorant and shower gel vouchers in one transaction.
