Im really rubbish at DIY so making my own from wood is not an option.
Could anyone suggest the cheapest place to buy raised bed kits?

I have no DIY skills but we built them using timber and it was the cheapest way to go.Taking responsibility one penny at a time!0

It really doesn't take a lot of diy skills to make them

B&Q will cut the wood to size for you and then you simply screw or nail the sides together and/or to stakes.
They are really cheap and quick to do that way.
If not, most garden centers sell them, but unless it is link a board stuff, you will probably have to do some simple DIY to put them together

Please be careful if you use pallets - some from foreign climes are fumigated with highly toxic pesticides, fungicides etc - not necessarily approved for UK use and if sawing etc you could run the risk of inhaling said toxic mixes - never mind the veg you grow!

I can vouch for the linkabord. I bought a 1m x 2m kit last year and managed to grow quite a bit, and if planned a bit better could have made even better use of it.
The kit itself is very easy and quick to put together.2011 Sealed Pot Challenge #1238 hoping for £250 ~ saved £743.32
